With all the money and media attention, it is no surprise that the world of sports is full of gigantic egos, but not all big egos are necessarily damaging. Some players are able to keep their ego separate from their duties to their team, and are a positive influence on those around them.Egotism is “characterized by an exaggerated estimate of one’s intellect, ability, importance, appearance, wit, or other valued personal characteristics”– the drive to maintain and enhance favorable views of oneself.I like to write about egotism (probably because I do it better than anyone else in the world).But that’s enough about me (as if…), let’s talk about this list (that I wrote).
